Here are some of the positions we typically recruit for:
- Nurses – Registered nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs). Our nurses monitor symptoms and medication and serve as a care link between the family and physician.
- Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Our CNAs provide nursing and nursing-related services to residents consistent with each resident's care plan and assist residents in maintaining as much independence and control as possible.
- Housekeeping aids provide cleaning services for a safe, sanitary, comfortable, and homelike environment for residents.
- Maintenance staff maintain the facility grounds and assist in keeping all equipment in good working order to ensure a safe, attractive, and enjoyable living environment for our residents.
- Occupational Therapists (OTs) evaluate residents, develop initial and interim treatment and discharge plans, supervise assistants and aides, and deliver quality occupational therapy services for residents.
- Physical Therapists (PTs) evaluate residents, develop initial and interim treatment and discharge plans, supervise assistants and aides, and deliver quality physical therapy services for residents.
- Speech pathologists help residents with swallowing problems and communication challenges.
